How to install

1. Install Universal Theme Patcher, make sure that UAC must be turned off
2. Copy and paste content of the folder 'Visual Style > Slave' (*.theme & folder) into C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
3. To change the system files: use the program 'Windows Themes Installer' by kishan-bagaria [link]
4. Restart Windows & then select this theme in Personalize Menu

hi
I used the 'Windows 8' on the PC of my girlfriend
and honestly
did not like the system
let's see if this ' windows blue '
will be better than the 8
if it is best
I make a version for it

I had no clue MS was planning to update W8. I guess this is our Service Pack? In any case, I thank you if you do make it for W8/Blue and if not, then I'll just keep using the theme on my W7 laptop. :)

this 'black' is the status bar
it will just go away if I change the color of the bar
I may change this in the next update.

While im pointing out some quirky things i see...there is this with iexplore.exe(aka internet explorer)
